Kelsea Ballerini celebrates her second anniversary with Chase Stokes

It’s been two years since Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes They started dating and are still going strong!

The country star, 31, and the Outer benches The actor, 32, celebrated his second anniversary on January 7 and Ballerini decided instagram with some never-before-seen photos of the couple, as well as a sweet note about their long-lasting romance.

“Two years of meeting each other in countless cities, perfecting a chimichurri steak, and creating a world that revolves around dogs,” Ballerini wrote. “I love you so much, teammate.”

The post features photos of the couple spending time together on the beach, at home, traveling and with their dogs, Dibs and Milo. He also shared a hilarious video of Stokes cleaning up dog poop while Dibs leaves another behind him, leading the Netflix star to claim he’s in “purgatory.”

Stokes also shared his own celebratory post on instagramwriting alongside a series of photos, “2 laps around the sun with you, love you kb (especially when you’re laughing so hard you’re panting and 8am dance routines with your toothbrush).”

Referencing one of the images, Ballerini responded in the comments: “Can we just open the forum to talk about you in a cowboy hat because am I right?”

The couple first sparked dating rumors after they attended a Georgia vs. TCU game at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, on January 9. Days later, Stokes gently launched their relationship by posting a photo of them cuddling at the football game in a photo carousel subtitled, “small summary.”

In an October 2024 interview with PEOPLEBallerini revealed that she and Stokes live together: “Oh, we’re unpacking, baby!”

The musician recently released her latest album, Patternsin which she becomes vulnerable to moving on after her divorce from ex-husband Morgan Evans and accept love again with Stokes.

Ballerini also spoke to PEOPLE about the inspiration behind some of the album’s songs: “I think, as I enter the next chapter of my life, and you hear this on ‘First Rodeo,’ at first I felt very shy and very like, ‘Oh God, am I damaged goods?'”

She continued: “And then with ‘Baggage,’ it’s kind of a juxtaposition of: what I am, who I am, and this is what I bring to the table, and I am not going to apologize for the path that has brought me here.. I’m proud of my journey and I take it or leave it, but I hope you take it.”
