Avon Man accused in relation to the mother’s death is ordered to stay without bail: Boston News, Weather, Sports

Avon, Mass. (Whdh) -A 22-year-old Avon man faced a judge on Wednesday in relation to his mother’s death.

Thaddeus Joseph declared himself innocent of his murder charge in the Staughton district court. He is accused of killing his mother Tuesday afternoon inside his family’s house in Nichols Avenue in Avon.

Her husband, her husband, discovered her 53 -year -old mother when she returned to Casa del Labor, authorities said. Prosecutors said they had stabbed her to death.

“There was a blood pool on the floor next to his head and a blood size knife located on the left side of his body. Officers and paramedics later verified the body. It was cold and could not locate a pulse, ”said the prosecutor.

Joseph was arrested Tuesday night by the Braintree Police when the officers found him leaving the Plaza de la Costa Sur.

Prosecutors said Joseph told his father, as recently as last weekend, that he has had mental health problems.

According to prosecutors, Joseph made a chilling comment during the reserve process in the Avon Police Department.

“I was acting something erratically during the reservation, but also made this statement: ‘This is very fun. All I had to do was kill my mother and then this is all. That is to trample his face in (sic), ”said the prosecutor in court.

Police said their investigation is still underway.

Joseph received the order to retain without bail and must be returned to court next month.
