The size of Dexter Lawrence left the new teammate of the giants amazed

When Chaunley Golston took a look at Dexter Lawrence in the Jumbotron during a game between the Dallas Cowboys and the New York giants last season, Golston could not believe what he saw.

Golston, a former defensive wing of the cowboys, was surprised by the massive size of the three times defensive Tackle of the Gigantes Pro Bowl: the 4 -feet Lawrence 4 inches and 340 pounds.

“When the cowboys played last year, I was on the sidelines and was looking at him in the Jumbotron,” Golston He said to the media this week.

“I am like, there is no way that this guy is so great. As, what is the? Golston added, laughing.

Golston, who spent the first four years of his NFL career with the cowboys after being selected in the third round of the NFL 2021 draft, now he is a teammate with Lawrence in the defensive line of the giants.

Golston agreed terms with the giants this week on what, according to reports, is a three -year agreement and $ 19.5 million, and is anxious to share the field and learn from Lawrence.

“I am excited,” said Golston, who has nine race catches, 17 quartback hits, eight losses, two loose ball recoveries and a forced loose ball in his NFL race so far.

“I am excited to work with him and choose his brain, talk to some experienced boys and see how I can improve my game.”

Lawrence saw his 2024 season in the early end with an elbow injury, but he still won his third consecutive Pro Bowl selection after publishing nine captures of his career and eight tacle of his career for losses in 12 games, while registering 44 total tacle, 16 blows of field seafood, a forced fumble and a defendant pass.

Now entering its seventh NFL season in 2025, Lawrence has accumulated 310 tacle in total, 36 tacle for losses and 30 catches in 92 career games (85 openings) since it was selected by the giants in the first round (17 in general) of the 2019 draft.
