The murder, Raelene Polymiadis, admits to violate the bail when visiting the shopping center

A diabetic woman who allegedly murdered her older parents by injecting their insulin prescription declared himself guilty of violating bail.

Raelene Polymiadis, 64, appeared Thursday in the Court of Magistrates of Adelaida, where he declared himself guilty of violating his bond by attending the Gar Farm shopping center on December 20, 2023.

Four other rape bond charges were removed against Polymiadis.

The defense lawyer Joseph Henderson previously said to the Court that Polymiadis attended the mall in northern Adelaide to seek medical supplies for his diabetes.

However, prosecutors told the Court that CCTV showed a Polymiadis meeting with an unidentified woman.

“He said he was there to fill a script, the CCTV shows exactly the opposite,” prosecutors told court during their first appearance for crime.

In fact, he shows him looking at brochures and books … meeting with this person who jumps into his car and drives with her.

Polymiadis was accused of two murder positions in July 2023 for the death of their parents Brenda and Lynton Anderson, who were 94 years old when they died in March 2022 and May 2023 respectively.

Polymiadis, who has diabetes, received bail in August, when the Supreme Court of South Australia discovered that his health was being affected by his time in prison.

At that time, Judge Julie McIntyre discovered that there were special circumstances to grant Polymiadis home arrest, on condition of a guarantee of $ 610,000.

Polymiadis will appear in the Court of Magistrates of Adelaida for sentencing presentations related to its breach of the bond at the end of this month.

She must be tried for the murder of her parents in June next year.
