Sean ‘Diddy’ combs faces a new accusation, is accused of ‘forced labor’

New York-The American prosecutors presented a new accusation against Sean “Diddy” Com combs, accusing the Hip-Hop tycoon of forcing employees to work long hours and threatening to punish those who did not help in their two-decades sexual trafficking scheme.

Comps, 55, still faces a trial scheduled on May 5 in Manhattan for federal office of conspiracy of extortion, sex trafficking and transport to participate in prostitution. He declared himself innocent.

“Mr. combs has said it before and will say it again: he vehemently denies the accusations” made by federal prosecutors, said lawyer Marc Agnifilo in a statement. “Wait your day in court when it is clear that you have never forced anyone to participate in sexual acts against their will.”

Combs has also denied all irregularities in dozens of civil demands for women and men who accused him of sexual aggression and other misconduct.

While the new accusation did not add new positions, he described what prosecutors called the “forced labor” that the Peines demanded in relation to the extortion conspiracy.

He said that combs and his associates “maintained control” on some employees by forcing them to work long hours with little sleep, through the use or threats of using physical strength, financial damage, psychological damage and reputation damage.

“In doing so, the combs, assisted by members and associates of the company, made these employees believe they would be damaged, including losing their jobs, if they did not meet their demands,” the accusation said.

Such pressure made an unidentified employee “participate in sexual acts with combs,” added the accusation.

In a letter to the American district judge Arun Subramanian, who supervises the case, prosecutors said they hope to provide the combs lawyers with additional details before March 10.

They asked that the combs were prosecuted on the new accusation on March 14.

In his statement, Agnifilo said that many of the former combs employees “are by their side, prepared to attest to dedication, hard work and inspiration they experienced while helping to build innovative and award -winning businesses.”

Prosecutors said the combs sexual traffic scheme extended from 2004 to 2024.

Many of the civil demands were presented under a law of New York 2022 city that gives alleged victims of gender -motivated violence a window to Sue, even if the statutes of limitations had expired. The deadline to sue expired at the end of February.
