Taylor Swift excited fans during his Eras tour bringing Sabrina Carpenter on stage with her to perform an unexpected duet.

Performing at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, on Saturday, October 26, Swift made the surprise reveal, with footage shared via X.

“I think tonight I’m going to do something completely different, which is to say, I’m going to sing a song that’s not mine, but it’s by someone I really love, so I want to see how loud you can sing this song,” Swift, 34. , the crowd joked. “It’s stuck in my head and it would make me feel good if I knew that 65,000 other people have this song stuck in their heads just like me.”

Swift then began singing the first verse of Carpenter’s hit song “Espresso” before pausing.

The friendship between Taylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter has come a long way over the years. Before the pair became the best friends they are today, Carpenter was a longtime fan of Swift. What are you doing? Why aren’t you here with us?

Carpenter responded by saying he felt like he was “on a roller coaster,” adding, “Everyone is screaming so loud it’s unbelievable.”

Continuing the bit, Swift asked Carpenter how long it would take him to “get to the real quick.” He Girl knows the world The star responded: “It would probably take me about five seconds.”

Taking the stage together, the pair performed a medley of Carpenter’s hits “Espresso” and “Why Please Please,” as well as Swift’s “Is It Over Now,” much to the delight of fans.
