Man seriously injured in North York shooting

A man has been seriously injured following a shooting in North York.

Police were called to the area of ​​Jane Street and Finch Avenue West for reports of shots fired around 9:45 p.m. Friday.

When they arrived they found a man with gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a trauma center.

Paramedics told CityNews the man’s injuries are considered serious but not life-threatening.
