David M. Huff, 43, was accused of killing his girlfriend, YERALDITH TSCHUDY32, and his son, Jeremiah Huff11, inside his father’s house in 128 Roney Road around 9:30 pm on Monday.

The reason for the shooting is unknown at this time, according to Onoondaga County District William Fitzpatrick. But Huff’s defense could be a “mental defense,” he said.
