Sean “Diddy” combs appeared In Manhattan Court today for an audience prior to the trial in his federal case, declaring himself innocent of an accusation of replacement.

Comps has been imprisoned in a Brooklyn prison since its arrest in September. He is being accused of sexual trafficking, conspiracy of extortion and transport to participate in prostitution, and will remain in detention until his criminal trial. He declared himself innocent of the three positions initially launched against him, and the judge denied his requests for liberation of bail on numerous occasions before he inevitably withdraw his offers at the end of last year.
