Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. – A bus operated by a private school was involved in a collision on Thursday morning at Palm Beach Gardens.

The wreck occurred at the intersection of Northlake Boulevard and Jog Road during the peak time.

The King’s Academy, a private school located near West Palm Beach, operated the bus.

A WPTV news team also saw a white vehicle on the scene with substantial damage on the front.

Palm Beach Gardens police, Major Javier García, said the students were on the bus, but that only “very lower” injuries were reported.

In a statement, the president of the King Academy, Randal L. Martin, said they were “tremendously grateful” that all his students and the driver “were clear.”

Martin said the students boarded another school bus and arrived at school safely.

All lanes to the east of Northlake Boulevard were closed during the investigation. However, all lanes reopened just before 9 am

No other details have been published that involve the circumstances of the wreck.
