Joshlin Smith’s trial was postponed for the second time when Lombaard is excited under the interrogation

Previously, state prosecutors told Judge Nathan Erasmus that Lombaard was “bad” after he initially requested to be excused.

Lombaard faced a difficult interrogation of the defense lawyer, Fanie Harmse and judge President Nathan Erasmus related to discrepancies in his declaration of confession.

Lombaard involved all the defendants in Smith’s alleged plan to sell Joshlin to a bleeding for R20,000.

Before postponing the matter until Thursday, Erasmus told the court that Lombaard was receiving medical attention and that he was not able to proceed on Wednesday.
