The clash in Waiōuru leaves a seriously injured person, SH1 remains open

A person is in a serious condition after an accident in Waiōuru on Wednesday morning.

Emergency services responded to a single car accident in WAIOUR, Ruapehu district, near Andrews Drive around 11.40 am

A person had to be taken from the vehicle after his car rolled and was transported to Palmerston North Hospital.

The fire and emergency of New Zealand and the police helped with the protection of the scene and SH1 is currently open.
