Lubbock, Texas (KCBD) – Two federal accusations are sending a pair on trial for their roles suspicions in the creation of child pornography.
Dava Pound was arrested last month in Williamson County for a criminal complaint. The bond was denied after a federal judge determined that it could be a risk of escape or a threat to the community.
Justin Liford, 34, was also a federal accused for possession of child pornography.
Judicial documents show that the National Center for missing and exploited children received advice on a Verizon account that contains suspicion of child sexual material.
The account goes back to Liford, where detectives say they found multiple photos and sexually explicit videos of children.
Prosecutors say that Pound appears and expresses multiple videos. The researchers say they also found Pound photos with a Nametag from a Lubbock primary school, but did not specify which one.
Prosecutors claim that Liford and Pound were in a relationship and lived together from August 2022 to January 2023, when the material was supposedly made.
