Reward offered by information on the murder of 2022 not resolved from NJ adolescents.

A reward is offered to obtain information about The 2022 murder of the 17 -year -old Nyasia PeppersWho was beaten in Newark for shots destined for another person, prosecutors said.

The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office issued a statement last week Offering a reward of Crime Stoppers of up to $ 10,000 for information that leads to the arrest of those responsible for his murder.

The peppers suffered a gunshot wound in the chest at some point before 11:15 pm on June 8, 2022, in the 100 block of Goodwin Avenue, said the prosecutor’s office.

She was not the planned objective of the shooting, authorities said.

The shooting occurred while the peppers were outside with others in the area.

Peppers was taken to the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where he died from his wounds.

The suspects left the scene in a stolen Blue Toyota C-HR, which was later found abandoned near Millington Avenue, according to the prosecutor’s office.

Surveillance images show two people who leave the Toyota and enter a Honda Accord Black before moving away.
