Sean ‘Diddy’ Com combs, who is imprisoned for sexual treatment positions, now faces a new case, forced labor

Sean “Diddy” Comink will face the reading of the Court’s positions on Friday regarding an updated accusation that includes accusations of forcing staff to work excessive hours and threaten those who refused to help their alleged two decades sexual trafficking operation.

The hearing, scheduled for the 2 PM EDT (1800 GMT) in the Federal Court of Manhattan before the United States District Judge, Arun Subramanian, will require the combs, 55, to respond to the reviewed accusation. The evidence remains established for May 5.

Previously, Comps declared innocent to charges that include conspiracy of extortion, sex trafficking and transport for prostitution purposes.

The updated accusation, although it does not present additional charges, details what prosecutors describe as “forced labor” linked to the extortion conspiracy.

Prosecutors claim that combs and associates exercised control over employees through prolonged working hours, a minimum rest and threats of physical, financial, psychological and reputation damage.

Defensor lawyer Marc Agnifilo argues that his client never coerced anyone in unwanted sexual activities. Manhattan prosecutors of the United States prosecutor’s office claim that combs used their commercial businesses, including the bad entertainment of children, to sexually abuse women between 2004 and 2024. Accusations include combs orchestring sexual sex scinting. “

Agnifilo argues that these meetings were consensual.

The combs face numerous civil demands that allege sexual aggression and misconduct, all of which denies.

Friday’s procedures will address the jury selection challenges, considering the status of combs celebrities and the broad coverage of the media.

The prosecution seeks to begin the jury selection on April 21 to conclude before July 4, while the defense advocates for a start of May 5, citing equity concerns.

Combs remains in the arrest of Brooklyn since its arrest in September 2024.

Previously known as Puff Daddy and P. Diddy, combs established Bad Boy Records, helping to launch artists such as Mary J. Blige, Faith Evans, Notorious Big and Usher during the 1990s and 2000s.

His career suffered after federal raids in his residences in Los Angeles and Miami Beach, Florida, in early 2024, which led to the accusation of sex.
