The former defensive liner of the Cincinnati Bearcats, Dominique Perry, died

Former Cincinnati Bearcats The Dominique Perry defensive liner died as confirmed when en -quired by a former teammate and first informed by Sports Illustrated.

Perry, a 6-foot defender 2, 290 pounds from Germantown, Maryland Redshirted for the Bearcats in 2020, then played three seasons between 2021-2023. Two went to Luke Fickell and the last one for the current coach Scott Satterfield.

He played in 11 games with five tacle and a loose ball recovery. That recovery was for a touchdown style, travel and score as published by former teammate Mason Fletcher.

Fletcher published: “Difficult day to be a Bearcat, rest well there Dome.” Other Bearcats also published tributes to Perry through X.

Malik Vann, a teammate and partner of Liniero defensive with Perry, published: “My brother forever. I love you, family and rest easily.”

Perry arrived at UC as a three -star prospect in Northwest High School, near Washington DC, also played in Dematha High School and was one of Maryland’s 50 best prospects.
