Judicial records show that Patrycja Siarek entered the supplications in a Toronto court last Friday.

She had also been accused of infractions under the Law of Responsibility of Provincial Dog and the Municipal Code of Toronto.

Siarek was arrested about a year after a dog without a strap and dragged a child in a Toronto park, leaving the child with what the police described as injuries that alter life.

The dog, meanwhile, was delivered to Toronto Animal Services. A city spokesman confirmed that the dog was sacrificed last August, while the other Siarek dogs were relocated.

The court documents in a separate case showed that Siarek and their partner had caused several complaints in a Toronto condominium about the behavior of their dogs, which were then labeled as “dangerous” by the city.

The documents showed that the two American pocket stalkers were ordered to remain formed in public areas, but the orders were ignored, and an ontarium court considered that Siarek and his partner were “irresponsible” owners.
