Brooks for the final referee of the Carabao Cup

Eddie Howe’s team faces the Carabao holders at the Wembley stadium, with the aim of winning its first important piece of cutlery since 1969, and this will be the third time that Brooks officiated an accessory that involves the Uracas this term.

The Leiqueleshire Whistler was the man in the middle for the 1-0 victory of United against the Arsenal in November 2024 and delivered eight yellow cards during the premier league clash in St. James’ Park, reserving the Magpies Nick Pope quartet, Fabian Schär, Joe Willock and Sandro Tonali.

Promoted to the Select Group 1 of the referees in 2021, Brooks also took over the victory of the semifinal of the Capao Cup of Newcastle against the first game against Arsenal in January and reserved four players that night at Emirates Stadium, including Tino Livramento, Joelinton and Anthony Gordon.
