Warning, the trial has heard evidence that some readers can find that Stuart Everett was killed and then “dismembered”, the jurors have heard

A court has been shown images that supposedly show a man accused of killing at the disposal of the body’s body parts in a “bag of life.”

Marcin Majerkiewicz, 42, was arrested on April 25 of last year, after the discovery of a human torso in the Kersal Natural Reserve Dale in Salford on April 4.

He denies the murder of Stuart Everett, 67, with whom he lived in Salford, and is in trial in Manchester Crown Court.

Initially, the human remains were not identified, but the police discovered the CCTV of a man who went to the “deposition site” with a heavy bag and returned without it, was told yesterday to the Crown of Manchester (March 10)

The footage, which was shown in the Court last week, shows what the Prosecutor’s Office alleges that it is one of the various trips made by Mr. Majerkiewicz to get rid of the victim’s body parts.

He alleges in the footage, that a judge has allowed to be released after the representations of the press, which Majerkiewicz made a trip to Kersal Dale in Salford on April 2, 2024, to get rid of the first of the remains of Stuart Everett. Later it is seen that he returns with the empty and folded bag, prosecutors allege.

It is not discussed that Mr. Majerkiewicz is the individual in the footage, but the accusation is understood that he was going to get rid of Mr. Everett, it is understood.

The Manchester crown court was previously told that Mr. Everett, also known as Roman Ziecki, was killed before his body was “sawing in 27 pieces.”

Around ‘one third’ of his body has been recovered from places in Salford and North Manchester, they have been told jurors. Mr. Majerkiewicz, 42, denies having killed Mr. Everett.
