A dispute on the quality of Chapatis in the children’s shelter at the Central University of Karnataka led violent clashes, wounding at least eight students

Kalaburagi : An argument on the quality of Chapatis served in the disaster of the children’s shelter at the Central University of Karnataka became clashes on the campus for two days, leaving at least eight postgraduate students injured.
The clash led the police to carry those who tried to encourage problems ahead of the eighth consultation ceremony of the institute.
The confrontation began on Friday night when a lot of students complained that Chapati manufacturers were used instead of serving the Rotis handmade, which the students insisted was better in quality.
Another group did not agree, in which both parties reached the blows inside the hostel dining room in the Kadaganchi village in Aland Ta-Luk, about 30 km from Kalaburagi and about 650 km from Bangalore.
An injured student had to be hospitalized, which led to a second shock. Police said some students supposedly broke into several hostel rooms that night, threatening those who belong to the other group.
On Saturday morning, seven more students were injured in a second round of shock outside the library building, which led the university authorities to call the police to the campus.
Kalaburagi Sp adminu Srinivasulu told Toithat after forcing the multitude of students to disperse, the police team warned both sides of arrests and prosecution if there was more violence.
Srinivasulu said the university authorities filed a complaint but did not appoint any student.
