‘You cannot intervene’: HC raises the status quo in the sealing of 19 buildings in the walled city | Jaipur News

Jaipur: A division bank of Rajasthan Superior Court On Monday he ended his status quo order issued on March 7 on the sealing of 19 buildings considered illegal for commercial activities in residential areas of the walled city.
The Bank of the President of the Supreme Court MM Shrivastava and Judge Bhuvan Goyal said that a coordinated bank had previously ordered the sealing of these buildings on February 25 and that they cannot intervene in that order. The affected owners may present their case to the original bank or appeal to the Supreme Court, said the bank. The representatives of the owners of the building argued that the order of February 25 was based on an incorrect report that violated the principles of natural justice. They requested time to review the order or challenge it in the Supreme Court, and the status quo will remain until then.
The court said that the order of February 25 was from a division bank and that the Status Quo order was also a division bank similar to it. “Therefore, it cannot give order against the previous order,” said the court. TNN
