Men in Fatal MacArthur Causeway Class Cause faces a new position for Homicide of DUI

Miami Beach, Fla. -The Miami-Dade prosecutors improved a position against the 24-year-old man who was involved in a recent fatal accident in the MacArthur road in Miami Beach.

Nicholas Robinson appeared in Bond Court on Sunday. The records show that the prosecutors presented a case of Homicide of DUI on Saturday after the publication of a toxicology report.

Robinson, from Maryland, crashed February 21In a wrangler jeep, and Gabriella RíosA 19 -year -old student was expelled near the isle terminal, police said.

Ríos, also known as Gabriela Alejandra Rios Flores, died in the Ryder trauma center of the Jackson Memorial Hospital. He had graduated from the Inter -American School in El Salvador and was working on a degree at Florida International University.

According to the Miami Beach Police Department, a police officer saw Robinson accelerating in a silver polestar before the accident, and struggled to alcohol and had dragged the speech after the accident.

The Miami-Dade County inmate records show that Robinson has been behind bars since the day of the accident and was at the Metrewest detention center without bail.

The judicial records show that Robinson’s next hearing is at 9 am, Monday before the Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge, David Young.
