Obstimated obstruction load after being presented against Draper Woman in case of child abuse

Draper – a position of obstruction filed against a mother Draper has been permanently dismissed in an investigation of child abuse.

Bianca Feldkircher, 32, was accused on Friday at the Third District Court of Obstruction of Justice, a serious third grade crime. But at the end of the day, prosecutors presented a motion to dismiss the position “in the interest of justice and for the reasons that occurred incorrectly.”

The position was dismissed with prejudice, which means that it cannot be rejected.

The incorrect presentation occurred four months after Feldkircher’s husband was accused of abusing his children’s twins.

In November, Eric Johann Feldkircher, 37, was accused of two positions of aggravated child abuseA severe second degree crime. He was supposed to take care of his 7 -week twins, but in September, “he was seen in the video that dropped them, shaking them, balancing them by their feet, hitting the head in the objects and in general aggressive with them,” according to loading documents.

A doctor “reported that both babies had torn veins, retinal hemorrhages and possible lesions in the spine. Both babies will suffer seizures throughout their lives and may have cerebral palsy,” the charges allege. The doctor told the police that the twins would have trouble “see, walk and eat.”

Bianca requested divorce in January, according to judicial records.

The judicial documents do not indicate how the Office of the District Prosecutor of Salt Lake incorrectly presented the charges on Friday.
