Sean “Diddy” combs faces new accusations of forcing an employee for sex


Washington:

Sean “Diddy” combs allegedly forced an employee to participate in sexual acts with him, according to an accusation amended against the music tycoon.

The accusation, revealed on Thursday, also accused the 55 -year man of threatening to damage other physically and financially if they did not help him carry out his sexual trafficking scheme that lasted approximately two decades, CNN reported.

The prosecutors also claimed that combs registered sexual acts and used threats of violence and other damages, along with promises of money and labor perspectives, to manipulate their victims.

The accusation declared: “With respect to an employee, the combs used physical strength, psychological damage, financial damage and reputation damage, and/or threats of the same, to make the employee participate in sexual acts with combs.”

Marc Agnifilo, a lawyer of Comong, said his client “vehemently denies the accusations made by the SDNY.”

The statement added that he was waiting for his appearance in the Court, where it will be evident that he has never forced someone to perform sexual actions against his will.

Agnifilo also said that many former employees are by his side, prepared to attest to dedication, hard work and inspiration they experienced while helping to build innovative and award -winning businesses.

At least three women were forced to have sex with combs and, sometimes, with male prostitutes, alleged prosecutors. In addition to sexual trafficking, combs is also accused of using drugs such as cocaine, oxycodone and ketamine to force women to participate in sexual activities.

Combs has asked the judge to hide the evidence gathered during the search for their residences, the hotel room and electronic devices so that the position of prostitution against him will dismiss him.

The musical producer was arrested in Manhattan on September 16, 2024, for positions of conspiracy of extortion, sex trafficking and transport to participate in prostitution. It is scheduled to go to trial in May.

Combs is imprisoned at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
