The 5th defendant declares himself guilty in the case of drug conspiracy that involves the child’s backpack

Mobile, wing. (Wala) – Another accused in a case of drug conspiracy declared himself guilty today.

Eric Aguilar declared conspiracy guilty to possess with the intention of distributing cocaine. Admitted that he worked with Glennie McGeeMan’s prosecutors claim that he directed a multimillion -dollar drug network on mobile devices.

Prosecutors said the drug ring used children as drug emails.

The law agents said they found a 3 -year -old trying to get rid of cocaine in a backpack during a raid last year.

Aguilar is the fifth of nine defendants in declaring himself guilty in the case.

A judge established a sentence for September. He faces 15 years of life in prison.
