The teenager who killed two people while driving a stolen car on the Barton road declares himself guilty of the Act Supreme Court

A teenager who was driving a stolen car that crashed on the Barton road killing two people declared himself guilty in the Act Court of Act today.

The boy, who was 14 years old at that time, had been accused of two guilty driving positions causing death.

Joshua Stewart, 19, was a passenger in the stolen vehicle and was seriously injured in the accident in January last year. He died shortly after in the hospital.

A second teenager, who was also a passenger in the stolen car, died later in the year, after the police said he had succumbed to his injuries for the accident.

The car was so damaged that emergency services had to eliminate seriously injured occupants.

Police said the stolen car crashed into a UTE while passing a red light on the road, near Hall.

The UTE had green light.

His occupants were treated at the scene, but they were not seriously injured.

The driver has been in custody and was taken to the courts today to enter his pleas in person.

The relatives of the victims were in the public gallery watching.

The president of the law, Lucy McCallum, said under the law, as a nearby family, had the right to be recognized as victims.

The Court ordered a report prior to the sentence, with a date for the judgment still to be established.
