Jay-Z demands his accuser of sexual aggression for defamation, conspiracy

  • In a new demand, Jay-Z downloads a woman who said she raped her at age 13 at a Diddy party.
  • Since then, he has admitted at the Jay-Z camp that his accusation of rape was false, he alleges the new demand.
  • The woman then withdrew her demand against Jay-Z and Diddy.

The superstar of the rap Jay-Z presented on Monday a new demand for defamation of a woman who last year accused him of violating her at age 13 at an organized party. By Sean “Diddy” combs.

In his lawsuit, Jay-Z, the name of the Shawn Carter battery, alleges that the accuser based in Alabama, identified only as Jane Doe, has admitted to the rapper representatives that his accusation of rape, did in your own demand now abandonedIt had been false.

“Doe has now voluntarily admitted directly to Mr. Carter’s representatives that the story presented to the world in court and on global television was just that: a false and malicious story,” says Jay-Z’s demand.

The woman describes in demand as in financial bankruptcy, which suffers from mental health and drug problems, and “desperate to obtain a payment day.”

She “has made three other accusations of sexual assault that were withdrawn or dismissed by the courts,” says Jay-Z’s lawsuit.

Women’s lawyers, Texas civil lawyers, Tony Buzbee and David Fortney, also receive a great fire in the lawsuit, which was presented in a federal court in Alabama.

Jay-Z alleges that lawyers and their client “were motivated without breath for greed, in abject contempt of truth and the most fundamental precepts of human decency.”

Buzbee had filed Jane Doe’s lawsuit last year knowing that the accusations against Jay-Z were false, the lawsuit alleges.

“That statement is absolute Hogwash,” Buzbee told Business Insider about the claim on Tuesday morning.

“Jane Doe has never faltered and has never retracted. Jay Z’s team invented it. We intend to address these lies in due time,” Buzbee added.

The woman had first told her story in an explosive demand in October that was modified in December to also name Jay-Z.

He described being a 13 -year -old girl who hoped to see celebrities while waiting outside the City Music Hall in New York City during the 2000 Video Music Awards show.

His lawsuit described being invited and then driven by a limousine driver to a party organized by combs in “a large white house.” There, he alleged, he signed a NDA, received a glass for “Wailstoff”, and was then raped by Combs and Jay-Z while “Celebrity B”, a woman without a name in the demand, he observed.

His demand was withdrawn last month, with Buzbee declining comments at that time. The representatives of Jay-Z and Combs had firmly denied that there was a sexual aggression.

The description of the women of the events was an “impossibility” and an “absurd,” said Jay-Z’s demand on Monday.

His legal efforts amounted to extortion for “malevolent and soulless lawyers”, the lawsuit also alleged, and began with a letter of private demand “threatening” of November 5.

Only after Jay-Z’s representatives rejected this demand for an “exorbitant reward,” the rapper was appointed publicly, he says.

“Buzbee continued to naming Mr. Carter, with full knowledge of him, as Doe gave him that Doe, that Mr. Carter had never assaulted Doe, and the whole story of Doe, since related to Mr. Carter was completely manufactured,” said Monday’s demand.

On Friday that aggravated the issues, on Friday, Buzbee’s firm “threatened Mr. Carter’s lawyer to duplicate with another False Public Declaration of Doe” if his lies admissions were revealed, the lawsuit said.

Demand seeks not specified monetary damage.

Buzbee, meanwhile, does not release.

“We intend to find a restriction order for Jay Z’s team to leave this poor woman alone,” he told BI. “She has been harassed and threatened and we intend to make them stop.”
