The Florida road patrol units responded to a deadly accident of multiple vehicles in the center of Florida Parkway and Whitley Place at 10:52 pm on Saturday night.

What we know:

According to the officials, a Toyota Camry 2024 and 2024 BMW M2 traveled east in the center of Florida Parkway in the external lane to the east of Whitley Place.

The reports suggest that the Camry was in front of the BMW and both vehicles were traveling over the published speed limit.

“The BMW was trying to overcome Camry changing lanes from outside to the internal line,” FHP officials said.

When the BMW tried to re -enter the outer lane, the vehicle crashed with the front of the Camry.

According to the officials, this impact made both vehicles leave the road just on the southern shoulder.

As a result, the front of the Toyota Camry hit a light post and continued traveling south where it stopped after colliding with several trees.

Camry’s rear passenger was expelled. “While the BMW was traveling south on the shoulder, the front of the vehicle hit several trees,” FHP officials said.

The 20 -year -old driver of Toyota Camry was the surviving lonely and was transported to Dr. Phillips Hospital of Orlando Health with serious injuries.

On the scene, Camry’s front passenger was declared dead, while the rear passenger was transported and then declared deceased.

The reports suggest that the 26 -year -old male driver of the BMW 2024 and the 23 -year -old passenger, both from Orlando, died in the accident.

The accident remains under investigation.
