Woman and father murdered by her husband, who was found dead a day later

A Canadian woman and her father were murdered by the woman’s ex-husband, who was later found dead.

Calgary police say the bodies of Stanislaw Wardzala and Anna “Ania” Kaminski were found in two different homes on December 29. Authorities believed they were both targeted and that their deaths were related to a domestic dispute.

Police found the body of Kaminski’s husband near their vehicle the next day after a chase.

He CBChe Calgary Herald and Calgary City News reported that Kaminski’s husband, Benedict Kaminski, 38, is believed to be responsible for the murders.

He calgary herald, Citing Ania’s brother, Peter, she reported that she and Benedict had gotten into a big fight over Christmas at their parents’ house.

Peter told the newspaper that the fight began after the couple’s son wanted to sit next to his grandfather at the table, instead of his father.

“He kept getting angry at his son,” Peter reportedly said. “He started pushing my sister hard. “I almost got into a fight with him.”

Peter said his brother-in-law left the house before the police were called. After the dispute, Ania’s brother said she threatened to file for a protective order against her husband.
