Two seriously injured in head-on collision with tree in Bridgewater

According to police, a man and woman were seriously injured Sunday morning when the car they were traveling in crashed into a tree in Bridgewater.

Bridgewater police and firefighters were called to the single-vehicle crash near 357 Pine St. around 7:20 a.m. police said in a news release. At the scene, first responders found a Chevrolet Cruze with severe damage and debris blocking the road.
