Rhyl: 33-year-old man arrested on suspicion of woman’s murder

A 69-year-old woman has died after being admitted to hospital with serious injuries.

A 33-year-old man, who was initially arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, has now been arrested again on suspicion of murder, North Wales Police said.

It comes after police were called to a residential property in Cefndy Road, Rhyl, Denbighshire, on Thursday night.

A 25-year-old woman, arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, has been released on conditional bail.
