Netflix’s last crime thriller show has just obtained a new trailer, and I can’t wait to see this ‘squid game’ star in action

Netflix A new exciting trailer for “Karma” has just dropped, and I am seriously pumped.

This Korean Crime Thriller is one of my most anticipated 2025 shows -Not just because the premise is so intriguing, with a group trapped in an unbreakable karmic loop, but also because it presents Star Park “squid game” Hae-Soo.

Park Hae-Soo, who played Cho Sang-Woo in the successful Netflix show, was one of my favorite parts. Now that “Karma” is starring in, debuting in April 4My expectations have definitely increased.

Of course, I do not want my hopes to be too high, since I could end up being a failure, but with such a fascinating premise and a solid cast, I am quite sure that it will still be worth seeing.

“Karma” follows six people trapped in an unbreakable karma cycle, each in the form of a series of impulsive and reckless options. The new trailer begins with a chilling plea: “I need you to kill someone. After a car accident, the characters join and quickly realize that they have more in common than they expected.

The problematic characters include a man drowning in debt that stumbles with a life insurance policy earned from 500 million over his father and begins to plan, a woman who confronts the source of his worst fears and an reckless driver who tries to cover up his crime, only to find himself caught by a witness who demands silence in exchange for money.

This trailer suggests that dangerous connections are formed between the six people trapped in the accident. As they fight to cover their footprints, their guilt leads them more deeply in a crime cycle.

But it is soon revealed that the whole situation is not just a coincidence because someone is pulling the strings, using chaos to hide what seems a premeditated murder.

The series is based on the Kakao Webtoon “Karma” and comes from the writer and director Lee Il-Hyung, better known for the box office success “A violent prosecutor”.

The webtoon deepens the life of a man who makes an irreversible agreement after witnessing a mysterious accident, a doctor tormented by a childhood trauma, an individual full of debts who played with cryptocurrencies and a man who, after losing his job, falls into a trap that involves a large sum of money. Their stories converge, which leads to unforeseen results already tragic.

Together with Park Hae-Soo, since the witness will be Shin Min-A as Ju-Yoon, Lee He-jun as the debtor, Kim Sung-Kyun as Gil-Ryong, Lee Kwang-Soo as glasses and Gong Seung-Yeon as Yu-Jeong.

However, the most striking detail is the motto: “crooked by fate, condemned by destiny.” It means that it does not matter how desperately they try to escape, they are united by forces outside their control. The last trailer mocks some intense scenes full of murder and betrayal, so he hopes that this will be a dark watch. With a strong cast that leads the story, I am anxious to see how everything develops. Park Hae-Soo gave one of his best performances in “Squid Game”, so I’m sure he will also stand out in this crime thriller.
