Seriously injured teenager after being hit by a car in Evanston: the police

Cincinnati (WXIX) – A teenager is in a critical condition after being beaten by a car in Evanston, the Cincinnati Police Department announced Tuesday.

At 4:31 pm, the police responded to 1757 Dana Avenue for a “serious injury accident.”

Police explain that a 19 -year -old woman was driving a 2018 Lexus East in Dana Avenue when she hit a 15 -year -old pedestrian who crossed the street “out of a marked pedestrian crossing.”

The 15 -year -old was taken to the Medical Center of the University of Cincinnati. Police say it is in critical condition.

The 19 -year -old driver was not injured, according to the police.

Excessive police, speed and disability are not being investigated as contributing factors.
