Sean ‘Diddy’ combs to attend the audience prior to the trial in Manhattan

The combs lawyers, in a legal presentation presented last night, alleged that the images transmitted by the news network had been “substantially altered in significant aspects” and, therefore, does not “precisely represent the events in question.”

CNN retreated that statement today.

“CNN never altered the video and did not destroy the original copy of the images, which was retained by the source,” said a news organization spokesman in a statement. “CNN issued the story about the video several months before ComBs was arrested.”

Doug Wigdor, Ventura’s lawyer, said that “it was not surprising that combs was a false argument to exclude the disturbing video of being shown to the jury in the next trial.”

“I am sure that the video fairly and precisely represents what happened, it will be admitted as evidence and that the combs will be responsible for their depravation,” Wigdor added.
