Dunklin Co. prosecutor presents new positions against the accused man in New Madrid Co. Case of stolen value

Dunklin County, Mo. (KFVS) – Dunklin County Prosecutor filed new charges against the accused man in a case of stolen value of New Madrid County.

William J. Clark, 52, was arrested at 9 pm on Thursday, March 13.

He faces a serious crime charge of violating the law of stolen value, five minor crimes to violate the law of stolen value and two positions of counterfeit severe crime

According to an arrest warrant, Clark authenticated a form of false military download.

He is also accused of authenticating a false military police identification card and affirming in writing that the United States army awarded him the Purple Heart Medal.

Clark also faces a serious crime drug load for having hydrocodone.

At the beginning of March, New Madrid County agents began investigating Clark after a VFW post in Lilbourn contacted them.
