A small plane crashed along the side of highway 101 in a schooner, seriously injuring the two people on board.
Schooner, California. – A small plane crashed on a schooner highway on Wednesday afternoon.
The accident was reported for the first time around 2:20 pm according to the Sheriff’s office in Santa Barbara County, the small plane dropped near the highway somewhere between the roads of the rams and Storke.
The photos shared by the sheriff’s office showed the burning place of accident, with a large area of grass burned by the remains.
The deputies said two people were aboard the plane when he crashed. Firefighters said they were a 29 -year -old man and a 33 -year -old woman. The paramedics took them to the hospital with serious injuries.
It was not clear immediately what caused the clash of the plane, but the officials are asking the public to avoid the area while the teams responded to the scene.
