carla connor (alison king) was left terrified in recent Coronation Street scenes when her health got worse.
The factory boss feared that she would become suffering from psychosis when he began experiencing hallucinations, but it was later learned that his condition was not related to his mental health.
Carla suffered a psychotic episode in 2019, after the factory roof collapse killed her future sister-in-law Rana Habeeb.
In 2023, he believed it was happening again when the serial killer Stephen Reid continuously drugged her with LSD.
Familiar with the symptoms, Carla was terrified she was having another psychotic episode in tonight’s episode, and her good friend Roy Cropper (David Neilson) was also deeply worried.

After sending her home to rest, Roy later visited her and was horrified to find her barely conscious on the floor of her apartment.
Carla was rushed to the hospital.where doctors revealed that he was suffering from sepsis due to an infection in his head wound.
