Milwaukee (Wisn) – A Wisconsin man faces charges after prosecutors say he intentionally left a small boy from a second -floor balcony.
Miraculously, the baby survived.
The mother says that it all started with a discussion that got out of control.
Stormy Walters is the happy child seen in a video that was filmed just before his life almost ended.
“This is my baby involved. She is 1. He could have died. He could really have hurt for that,” said Stormy’s mother Shakira Walters. “I’m angry.”

Shakira Walters says she is still astonrate from Stormy, she suffered only bruises after she was dropped or threw from a second -floor balcony at her home on Thursday by the ex -husband Jaimann Eiland, 31.
“It’s fine. It’s very good,” said Shakira Walters. “There is nothing I can really say. She is fine. While my baby still breathes, that’s all.”
According to the criminal complaint that accuses Eiland of a substantial battery and a child’s physical abuse, he accidentally admitted storm in the kitchen. That began an argument shortened with Shakira Walters, who finally became a physical.
“I was definitely trying to do it because for you to be drowning it and hit it and threw it from the balcony, I was definitely trying to kill my baby,” Shakira Walters claimed.
Stormy ended with just a few bruises.
It was the same for Shakira Walters, who said if he had to do it, he would try to calm things before they became physical.
“That kind of situations, just get away. Be close from things like this because people can take their anger to their baby, and babies are helpless,” said Shakira Walters.
Eiland is imprisoned with a bail of $ 15,000. The position of child abuse against Eiland has a maximum of 12 years in prison if it is convicted.
